There’s just over one week to go until the 2019 Taipei World Coffee Roasting Championship, title-sponsored by Savor Brands! Hosted at the Taiwan International Coffee Show from 15-18 November, competitors representing 23 licensed Competition Bodies will take to the stage as they evaluate the quality of green coffee, develop a roast profile that best accentuates the characteristics of that coffee, and are scored on the cup quality of their roast.
