Each and every coffee roaster is my teacher.

Cool weather.
What is your BEST roasting memory?:
People appreciating coffee roasted by me.
What is your WORST roasting memory?:
One time I accidentally pressed 100% on the gas position after the first crack, and of course it didn’t end up great.
